PRA SEMPRE is the debut solo album from London producer CHRIS WELLS. The album brings special guest appearances by Brazilian icon IVAN LINS, CORO DO BATACOTÔ, MESTRES DA BATERIA DA MANGUEIRA, plus the American blues artist CHARLIE WOOD. It is a collection of original songs, with lyrics by Pedro Casadalma, Valdo Silva, and Mônica Vasconcelos. In addition. there is a special version of VELAS ICADAS by IVAN LINS and VITOR MARTINS, performed by Ivan himself. CHRIS WELLS has recorded and performed throughout Europe with Paul McCartney, Luciano Pavarotti, Carla Bley & Steve Swallow, Robert Plant, Andy Sheppard, Randy Brecker, Nelson Rangell John Harle and many others. Specializing in Brazilian music, Chris worked recently with the great Brazilian composer Guinga, as producer, and with Clara Morena, and appeared on "Later with Jools Holland" with Paula Santoro.
